Over 80% of the general public budget expenditures were invested in people's wellbeing, all the 33 items of eight major categories of people's livelihood were completed. The per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents reached 79,500 yuan and 43,800 yuan respectively, the income ration narrowed down to 1.82:1, the city retains the honor of "China's Happiest City".
